30″x76″ Vintage Side or Back Door w/Wavy Glass Window & 2 Panels. Vintage, exterior door salvaged from an old home in Northeastern PA. It’s made of solid Douglas Fir or pine and is completely painted. It has a single, half-length window with old, wavy glass. There are 2 raised panels below. When most people hear “pine” they think of a cheap, weak, and soft wood. New pine hewn from 10 – 20 year old trees doesn’t have the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant qualities that old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old has. Old pine is also much harder and stronger than young pine. Hardware : The door is not equipped with any hardware. Condition : Considering that the door is about 80 years old, It’s in great shape. It has the typical scrapes, scratches, and small nail holes that you would expect to find on an old, used door, but no warp, rot, or other serious breaks or cracks. The door is strong, sturdy, and ready for another lifetime of service. The glass is also intact and in great shape with only subtle scratches. We could refinish, repaint, or partially or completely strip the doors to prepare any of them for you to repaint or refinish. Swing : The door is set up to swing inwardly towards the right. We could modify these doors to fit your opening or suite your needs. Listed for sale is a rare and beautiful Florence Knoll rosewood and marble credenza/sideboard/file cabinet. With regard to condition, the piece is excellent cosmetically. Door fronts are in terrific shape with only light wear noted. Sides are excellent also. The back is finished and rosewood also. Cabinet measures 37.5 inch W 18 inch D 25.5 inch H. Wood: Edges are crisp and grain is lovely. The inner parts of the cabinet are oak. The oak is still strong and stable, with joinery holding up beautifully. The inner frame of the cabinet is also in excellent condition. Metal: The base of this cabinet is chromed steel. The base is shows some wear, but is in nice shape overall. Original hardware is still present. Marble: The marble is in excellent condition for its age. It has been beautifully re-polished as well.
