Vintage 70s BEAUTIFUL classic White Red Smocked Swiss Dot Dress Ribbon 2/4

Measurements: Bust: 31.532. Hips: 4344 Sleeve Length: 7.5. Looks awesome with no holes or tears, still has the original ribbon waistline design with a quaint little bow and dangling sash, it does have some FAINT surface yellowing in some areas that is incredibly minor in person, and also cleanable. Run this dress through the cleaners and it’ll come out like a 10 out of 10, just stunning. Features classic flocked red swiss dot over a white shell, fully lined with a constructed interior bodice. Features the classic scalloped ruffled collar & sleeves, then the ribbon set at empire level for the waistline, then with a pretty much iconic A-line form flowing outward from that point down. The older style white metal zipper down the back of the neck/back works great, and the hook and eye closure at the top is in great working shape still as well. Has an old union made tag on the interior as well, has the 1970’s era ILGWU AFL CIO tag withe the 70’s era logo color scheme. Vintage 40s 50s rare Hawaiian Vertical Floral Atomic Print Dress Seersucker L

Length (Base of collar to Hem): 52. Skirt Length (Waist to Hem): 37.5. Wow – unreal vintage find! Outstanding condition especially for the age and fabric, I can’t find any flaws on it anywhere. Still has a really bright, bold, vivid atomic floral print on it too. I’m not an expert on dating vintage Hawaiian stuff from this era, but it seems to fit into a late 1930s through early 1950s era. Features the same type of extremely vivid floral print designed with condensed print vertically down the center of the garment as you see on the more rare Hawaiian shirts from the same era. This is not rayon – it’s all crinkly cotton seersucker, very light and airy fabric. It zips down the front center of the dress and has a shiny metal block letter ZABIN zipper. Inside the collar it has the remnants of an ancient looking size tag that’s very worn to it’s base threads, but no brand/maker. Has an A-line body style with little pleats at the front waist, ties off in the back, and has batwing style sleeves with no seams. Very rare and superb condition.
