Hips- will fit up to approx. 26 down from the shoulder. Shoulders & Sleeves- combined measure 17 measuring along the top from where the neckline ends to the sleeve edge (measuring one side only). This dress is in good vintage condition. Gentle wear, and possibly a loose yarn or pilling but overall lovely. The color/tone may be a bit off in the photos; the background color is dark blue not black. This has been handmade please do not expect perfect symmetry.
