The coin edges on the case back show slipped tool use and the case back shows age pitting as shown in the photos. The strap (band) non Rolex branded a genuine lamb leather quality French made strap brand new strap. The dial has never been refinished and looks great with strong age patina. Reference number 1005 Circa 1973. 100% Genuine Rolex with Caliber 1570 Swiss Automatic Movement, Officially Certified Chronometer. This Vintage Classic was just freshly Serviced by a master Watch maker with a full Overhaul and sporting squeaky new gaskets. The Genuine 14KT Solid Gold Watch case has never been polished and is in excellent condition with just minor scuffing and signs of light wear. The Original & limited Silver Brick Watch Dial has been left untouched with all Lume Dots/Markers still intact and sphere-like, still originally positioned on top of the Gold Baton Markers. This Exquisite Time Piece will come with 2 watch Bracelets. The first bracelet was carefully matched & fitted with a high quality after market gold plated oyster bracelet that I wear around with. The second bracelet is the Original 14 K Gold Filled Riveted Oyster (Expandable) Bracelet with 12 links. It does show signs of wear with light flaking of the rolled gold on the underside of the bracelet. It is the Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date 14k yellow gold and stainless steel ladies watch with a silver dial, a fluted yellow gold bezel ring, and a genuine Rolex Jubilee link bracelet. It has been appreciating in value for decades and will only continue. Model number 6517 serial 2088xxx c. This watch will come with our sales receipt with model number, serial number, and authenticity noted. It will also come our Certificate of Authenticity (COA). At the time of the detailing the Perpetual winding Rolex signed cal 1161 movement with sweeping seconds hand and date calendar was inspected, it is running perfectly. The case and crystal were lightly polished to a scratch free shine and the link and lug tops satin refinished. The case measures 26 mm wide excluding the crown (it’s an average sized vintage lades watch). The winding crown is the original twin lock screw down crown with the Rolex logo. The crown screws down nice and tight. The coin edges on the case back show no slipped tool marks. The bracelet is a genunine Rolex Jubilee link 14k and stainless steel “oval link” model. It will fit up to a 7.125 inch wrist without adding links. The bracelet is the original showing average “stretch” between the links for its age. It is still secure and will give several years of service still. The dial has never been refinished and is very nice for its age. The pictures have been taken from every angle and represent the watch well, in fact they are 3x magnified, the dial is beautiful, and the watch is polished to a perfect shine. Any imperfections you see in the shine are just reflections the camera caught. Every watch comes with our sales receipt and Certificate Of Authenticity each with the watches serial number, model number and description stated. This is a beautiful example of this model.
