RARE VINTAGE HERMAN MILLER DESK WALL UNIT MCM Herman Miller CSS Eames. Very rare piece and in good condition just normal wear. The tops are very nice no damage at all. All drawers are nice clean and working. It has one mark on door front as shown in pictures. I also have a smaller desk that could be used with this one for sale listed. Rare Antique Edwardian Victorian silk gown with battenberg lace and underskirt

There is a silk blouse, silk skirt, and matching cotton underskirt. The under skirt has no closures left and is longer in the back than in the front. The silk blouse and skirt are adorned with handmade lace. There are very few condition issues in all pieces. The weakest part is the center front top of the skirt, there are some holes there that need attention. There is no label in any of these pieces. The top portion of the blouse where there is sheer silk and horizontal stitch pleats also has issues. The silk skirt is a few layers, the undermost layer is fragile and about 85% intact. 39 length in front, longer in the back. 30 inch waist (no closures left). Antique Victorian Red Coral Parure, in Box, 18k gold, Bracelet, Brooch, Earrings Set. All items and photos are the express property of Antiques & Uncommon Treasure. Magnificent near-pristine boxed set, “parure”, Early Victorian carved red coral bracelet, brooch, earrings to match. The presentation case is exquisite, to begin, and has housed the old Italian carved coral set beautifully. The box notes a jeweler in Venice, but we think of these as coming from Naples area. Perfectly fitted to the case, absolutely original. The matrix for brooch, and also bracelet tests at 18k. I would have thought only 14k but acid test has been done on all but earring wires. They might be 14k. Such a RARE find! Last time I was in Paris, I found a full parure with these pieces and also a necklace to match, and the tag was 114,000 euro in tiny jewelry boutique in the 6th arr. And another at the Louvre Antiqaires’ boutique, tagged 156,000 euro. The market on fine early carved red coral is a bit crazy. In Taormina, Italy, there is another full parure at 226,000 euro. The only others I’ve found are in museum collections, the V&A, London; Louvre, Paris; Hermitage, St. Petersburg – you get the idea. I really hate to part with mine, but it’s time to downsize my own collections and begin to retire. Do not miss this one. I bought it well and will pass along my good fortune. Very good to excellent condition throughout. Total weight is 59.7 grams, but no way to factor out the 18k gold matrix and bracelet parts. It’s a lot of red coral. Bracelet is also larger than most old ones, will fit a 7.25 wrist or smaller. The band is 3/4 wide and jointed at each pin. Polished beautifully, it glides on the wrist and gathers compliments with east. The cartouche of the bracelet is 2 3/8″ by 1 3/4″, arched, and missed one leaf one empty prong, and has a little gold wire restoration visible from underside, effecting 2 pieces. I don’t even see any broken petals, though, and it is full and gorgeous. The carved fruits and flowers remain magnificently well preserved. As mentioned, I don’t see any broken ones, but perhaps a missing small leaf at tops of earrings (1 vacant wire remains, and seems likely each one would have had 2 rather than 1 tiny leaf at the top). The box is in very good condition, also. Interior silk velvet has faded some, no rips, tears. Watch for other of my personal collections to be listed in weeks, months ahead. This is the original color scheme for this 1970s style. Ivory with gold tones, lovely and very Hollywood Regency with a touch of class and elegance. Lovely silohuette and elegant lines, bevels and curves. These are getting harder to find, unique and handsome details. This is one of our heaviest “watched” items. You can also give this a makeover into a more casual contemporary shabby chic finish as shown in last set of photos. French ProvincialSouthern Dixie style two drawer bedside table (looks like three drawers in photos, but one of the drawers is a double-drawer) nightstand, dresser, or accent side, hallway, foyer or bathroom table. Very handsome design with nice accents such as the curvy, wavy and beveled edges. Antique ivory tone with gold and brass accents and scrolly curly cabriole legs. Solid wood piece, working drawers, one smaller top drawer and one larger bottom drawer (that looks like two). Backside and bottom of drawers are pressed wood. Vintage and beautiful piece in the classic French Provincial or Southern Dixie style. Appealing curvy and beveled edges with decorative brass hardware. Available in the original two-tone colors ivory and gold colors. Add a touch of class anywhere it is displayed: entry way, console table, bedside night stand, bedroom vanity area, nightstand, bachelor table, anywhere. The overall structure and integrity of these nightstands are tight, solid and sturdy condition. All of the metal hardware is in excellent condition. The inside drawers are very clean and very lightly used as you can see in the photos. Each nightstand can be touched up, given a complete makeover or used as is shabby chic look. Very good vintage condition, rare and hard to find style. Unique scalloped edges and beveled carvings on the front and the side panels and the beveled curvy and scalloped all around edges provide a touch of flair. These pieces with all of these accents and curvy molding are getting harder to find. Has scruffs, scrapes, gouges and nicks as might be expected but can be repaired refinished or used as is. If you’re crafty you could modernize with two-tone make-over in contemporary colors (reference last photo). Some owners have updated the look of these nightstands with contemporary colors.
