Antique 19th century classical French second empire table clock. Retrofit with a later, electric movement which is a replacement and has not been tested for function. The clock case is gilt bronze and resembles a draped table with a book, papers, and column base placed atop. There may have been an additional element to the column base, no longer present. The bronze with minor areas of discoloration and oxidation. Engine turned steel dial with Roman numerals. All atop a green marble base. The base with a few small edge chips. Measures 5 3/4 H x 6 W x 4 in.
