Antique Nogent France Forge Chef’s Knife 9.5 Carbon Blade Bruxelles. Outstanding antique French Nogent carbon steel chef’s knife, marked on the blade “Nogent France Forge” for wrought in Nogent. There is a second unclear mark possibly for a retailer “J ER Bruxelles” possibly “J LE CER” but it is too faint for me to discern. Blade length is appropriately 9.5″ overall length is appropriately 14.5″, knife is in good used condition with oxidation and some signs of wear and use, please see photos for condition details.
