Pair of 1968 senior corduroy pants from Shelbyville High School. Crotch features a skull and a large stain. Right leg proclaims the Team Boosters to be Playboy and Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer. Left leg has an automotive theme with a nicely done Plymouth Roadrunner GTX, the Roadrunner Heart logo with GTX written on it, Hot Roder, and Plymouth Out Front. Back has the graduation year of 68, Shelby Bears, Mouse, Senior Rule, and some other miscellaneous letters with a large C on the seat of the pants. Size appears to be approximately 27″ x 27 1/2″. This stunning vintage 1950s party dress is made from a pretty mint green net fabric and features a slightly off-the-shoulder neckline accented with decorative embroidery and pearl beads. This dress is lined with a pale peach/beige acetate which provides a subtle contrast from underneath. The skirt has an additional layer of tulle in between for extra volume. The embroidery along the neckline matches the color of the lining, and the netting at the bust as well as the waistline is ruched for a flattering fit. Another highlight of this gown is the draped fabric falling from the waist to the hem in the back. This sash can either hang elegantly as is, or it can be used to tie into a bow at the front of the waist (see photos). Condition: This dress is in generally excellent condition with a couple minor flaws to note: there are a small hole in the sash at the back of the dress (see last photo) and one or two additional pinholes near the hem of the skirt. There are also a few areas along the hem with some minor catching in the fabric. None of these flaws are really noticeable when worn as most get lost in the folds of the fabric. This dress and matching button fronted cropped bolero over shirt are made from a beautiful pale yellow damask fabric. The dress is a strappy dress with a gentle v shaped neck line. The bodice is fitted and has a fully functioning zip fastening running down the left side seam. The skirt is fully circular, it really is incredible. The over shirt has short capped sleeves and a neat rounded collar. It is beautifully tailored to fit immaculately over the bodice if the dress. This shirt is button fronted, each button is fabric covered, in place and secure. This outfit is in immaculate vintage condition.
