Tudor Ranger 7966/0 with Beautiful Dark Patina circa 1966. The numerals and hands have developed a dark yellow patina adding to its charm. As it had been sitting for 20+ years unmolested, the watch remains in an unpolished and fantastic condition. Case: Full case, unpolished with signs of normal, light wear. Bezel: Glossy and with light wear. Crystal: Decided to keep the original, as these are rare to still find. Have some swirls from regular use, free of chips and cracks. Dial and hands: Dial is in beautiful condition having developed some patina and also numerals have aged to dark yellow which matches original hands. Lume glows for a second when exposed to UV then fades, as it should. Crown: original Rolex emblem crown. Caseback: outside reads’Original Oyster Case by Rolex Geneva’, inside reads’Montres Tudor’ among other correct writings (please refer to image). Bracelet: 7835 folded Oyster bracelet in great condition with little stretch, 357 endlinks. A time capsule reemerged ready for enjoyment with its vintage charm and versatile size.
