You will never see anything like this again. Magnificent antique c1900 Edwardian era dress panels – full skirt with train, sleeve panels, as well as two additional panels. For the wedding dress of someone’s dreams. A rare find, likely French, and. Exquisite pieces all, but the skirt nothing less than a masterpiece – full and generous, with amazing raised satin stitch embroidery on net, lacy drawn work inserts, and the loveliest three-dimensional roses. The hand work is dense, extraordinarily lush. Our photos barely do it justice. True museum quality, lavish and breathtaking! Dimensions given are of the embroidered areas. Except for the finished scalloped skirt bottom, there are generally a few inches of unembellished soft tulle beyond the embroidery. The skirt measures 180 inches! Along the bottom, 45 inches down the center, and 58 inches down the sides (for the train in back). The sleeve panels measure approx 17 x 23 inches, the other two panels 17 x 20 inches and 17 x 24 inches, respectively. Again, these measurements only include the embroidered areas. Excellent condition – a few small openings in the net, a few discolorations and storage spots. The fabric is strong. These panels look fantastic.
