Vintage Herman Miller Eames Upholstered Swivel Contoured Chair Fiberglass Shell

Available for immediate sale is this very fine but used Eames swivel shell chair. Needless to say, that didn’t happen and now it is time to let this wonderful piece go. This is an authentic Herman Miller Shell Chair designed by Charles and Ray Eames. This particular piece has a woven baby blue upholstery, off white shell, and adjustable swivel base. I’ve seen these go for as much as 500.00 sometimes more. I’m pricing this piece to sell. 250.00obo takes it. It will need some TLC, but can be a great vintage piece. FYI, there are the usual age marks on this chair such as stains and marks on the fiberglass. This will likely need to be reupholstered. The swivel base seems a little wobbly. Mid century modern space age atomic danish vintage chromecraft chairs table RARE. This product is very rare and honestly probably one of it kind. I will update the page as soon as possible with more photos. Overall the fiberglass is in good condition. The table is in excellent condition. The upholstery is in good condition with minor detachment in the upholstery. These items are great conversation starters and are actually comfortable to sit in. ALL CHAIRS SWIVELS WORK! And the table is original which is very rare. There is some minor yellowing to the fiberglass which is typical to fiberglass this old. The sleek design will wow your guess and has atomic furniture elements that at awesomely groovy. Overall the chairs are in good shape. There are two chairs with damage to the fiberglass. Stunning describes this 14 antique French Fashion beauty. All original, dating to the 1870’s and belonging to Clara Troth Stackhouse Spenser at age 10. So rarely does one have provenance for these beautiful antique dolls. Smooth flawless bisque swivel head on a separate bisque shoulder plate. This French poupee has blue inset paperweight eyes, painted upper and lower lashes, feathered brows. Incised with the number 9 at the base of the head. No noticed markings on the shoulder plate. NO hairlines, damages or repairs to bisque. Original auburn mohair wig with original cork pate. Both in wonderful condition. Original kid leather body has individually stitched fingers and is in very nice condition. Original costume is lovely. Silk lace edged jacket with organza laced skirt. Original antique underclothing consists of pantaloons, slips. One original leather boot with side buttons is missing. She will come with an antique styled pair of high top boots.
