This Adrian Pearsall Craft Associates Sofa Sectional is authentic and in original, great vintage condition. It has many original Craft Associates tags. I think there is a tag on just about every piece including each cushion. The fabric is in wonderful, vintage condition. The seat cushions are filled with a dense foam rubber and are firm. This does not need to be recovered and there are no rips or tears in the upholstery. This is a custom-made, one-of-a-kind ensemble piece which came from the original owner who took excellent care of it. It comes with a back end table and a very large triangular table, each with a very durable, cork-board top. It also comes with a custom-made, round coffee table with round glass top. As you can see, the base of the coffee table is upholstered in similarly textured fabric that matches the sectional. The gold accent colors of the coffee table match the cork-board tops, thus pulling the color scheme all together. The only real condition issue with this ensemble is that some of the cork board has chipped away (mostly around some of the edges) and needs to be filled in. Overall, this sectional is in fantastic condition. The sectional comes in three parts. This is a very large, unique piece of furniture that will turn every head that sees it. The last comment I want to make is one about esthetics. The Mid-Century Modern era of design was very big on geometric shape and line. Observe the contrast in the curved line of the sofa with the perpendicular line of the corner table and the circular shapes of the coffee table base and its top. Pearsall incorporated all these contrasting lines and shapes to create a flow and symmetry whereby they all fit together. To me, that is the essence of this ensemble’s beauty–just an observation. NOTE: The 157 Length means that it is 13 feet from the extreme edge of one end to the other (measured from the front). The depth is measured from the very back of the half-circle to the front edges.
