ANTIQUE GERMAN ARMAND MARSEILLE DARLING 18 BISQUE HEAD LEATHER STRAW BODY DOLL. HER ARMS SEEM TO BE MADE FROM A SOFT PLASTIC. I BELIEVE SHE IS FROM AROUND THE 1920s. ALL HER LIMBS ARE ATTACHED. NOTE: IN USED PLAYED WITH DISPLAYED PRE-OWNED CONDITION. SHE IS DIRTY AND HER CLOTHES SHOW THEIR AGE BUT ARE IN OVERALL GOOD CONDITION GIVEN THEIR AGE. SHE IS MISSING SOME HAIR IN THE BACK. An antique Hamberger & Co. 24 bisque head, sleep-eye, Viola doll, early 20th century. The head is in fine condition. The composition body has a bit of cracking above the points where the legs attach to the trunk, and needs attention paid to repairing the attachment of the joints, especially at the shoulders, which don’t hold their positions: Elasticity problems. It is very attractively dressed, with a lace collar over a satin dress, embroidered slip and pantaloons, and patent leather shoes. There are a couple of light stains to the skirt.

Gorgeous Antique 27 German Bisque head Walkure Doll Lovely Outfit

Offered is this lovely 27 antique German Bisque Head Walkure Doll. She has a beautiful bisque socket head without damage, restorations or hairlines. Original huge blue glass sleep eyes are surrounded by lots of lush finely painted eyelashes. Multi-stroke eyebrows frame her eyes. Open mouth with four upper teeth. Pierced ears with antique glass earrings. Small cheek rub on her left cheek. Head is marked on the back very faintly “Walkure” with “Germany” underneath that. Kley and Hahn produced the Walkure doll with heads made by others. This is a quality head and has the look of a Simon Halbig or Kestner. She has a very long antique human hair wig. Her composition body is fully jointed and retains the original finish. There is age wear as is typical with these antique bodies with darkened areas on her hands. Stringing is a tad loose, but she can display in a stand well. The bottom of her left foot is missing. She is dressed in a lovely ensemble, with a nice artisan made vintage dress and a lovely antique cape with lots of eyelet trim. There is a small tear in the front/side. Antique slip and chemise. Contemporary shoes and stockings. She displays very well! International Buyers are responsible for custom charges. I try to describe my items accurately. Antique Duck Decoy 16.5 Mason Premier Snake Head Mallard Drake, All Original

Description : An antique carved and painted working Duck Decoy, Mallard Drake , 16.5L, Mason Decoy Factory, Detroit, Michigan, c. Premier Grade Snake Head with original painted surface. Hollow cedar body with pine head and original glass eyes. Well delineated and correctly-incised bill; artistically painted. Every collection deserves at least one Mason Mallard. The photos are probably the best description. Condition : Honest gunning/field wear throughout including dings, scuffs, rubs, shot scars, soiling, etc. Consistent with age, use and exposure to the elements. It has not been cleaned. Some neck filler is missing; the head is sound and very secure. Some bird shot can be heard rattling on interior: Base with some old holes from a ballast/weight and rigging. This was a true working decoy, without excuses. Nicely-swirled, hand painted details upon close inspection (see photos #9, #10). Displays brilliantly as-is; or a highly-appropriate candidate for professional restoration. A very nice opportunity for the advanced decoy collector. See photos for complete details and close-ups.
