It has not been stripped and refinished. I cleaned it up and polished out the finish. You will find scuffs and scratches and signs of use. It’s very clean and not abused. Has a working lock and key. Machines with the base measuring 14-5/8 x 7″ and mounting pin spacing 9-5/8″ will fit. Some bases may vary a little but will fit if the pin spacing is 9-5/8.
