Please read full description and look at all photos very well for accuracy of your best idea of scrimshaw and date. Willing to accept best offer! I believe to be 1700s not 100% is missing in cap. The letters JP Eller scrimshaw engraved looks to be animals engraved scrimshaw. I know not much about it I bought it from an antique dealer in North Carolina. Use it in there civil war reenactments for a long time, until he got a little too old for it he said so decided to sell it to myself. Like it to go to a good home. Has possibly native American scrimshaw a JP Eller I cannot make out The date or looks to be a possible military company.

This beautiful Handpainted soup Tureen is signed Italy 09009 (PV) on the bottom, and then it looks like the artist signature on both sides. Only flaw I can truly see is there are a few chips on the spoon of the white paint. Shown on the last few pics.

Dresden Hand Painted Floral & Gold Reticulated 11 5/8 Inch Charger C. 1891-1916
Decorated with hand painted purple, pink, yellow, orange, blue and red flowers in the center. With gold gilt diamond and scrollwork pattern along the inner rim and gold gilt highlights to the reticulation. Marked on the bottom Dresden in blue. Decorated by one of the Dresden studios, probably between 1891 and 1916. Has quite a bit of wear to the gilding, but no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 11 5/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
