Karlis Rozens studied in Landscape class of St Petersburg Academy of art, his teachers were F. Artist took part in exhibitions of academy (1906, 1908, 1912, 1914). In 1927 in club of officers (Riga) was organized his self-exhibition. In 1937 his widow organized memorial exhibition in Jelgava. Artist was typical representative of old landscape school.
