1990 Barbie Magical Mansion, great rare house. Please note, this does have some missing items like the living room light. The front porch light is included however I have not tested it or the doorbell to see if they work. This was in storage and I received it at an estate sale, so as you can see in the photo there is some water spots on the walls. Some of the plastic on the roof pieces are loose as well as some of the attachment pieces are loose but in the box for you to figure out perhaps how to attach back to the pieces. One of the bay windows does have a small break (not photoed) but will attach to the house just fine. Also in the photo is the area of the front of the house on the edge that is bent some but with it attached should be ok. If you would like to see what it looks like I will be happy to send a pic. Great 1950s vintage Eljer Pale Mint Jadeite Green Bathroom Set. Set consists of skirted cast iron bathtub, Ceramic wall mount sink, Complete toilet. All pieces in this set show normal wear any exceptions will be noted below. Normal wear scratches, scuffs, minor chips around the edges, and very light staining. Tub- has chips, distressed porcelain and old silicone caulking around the edges that would be covered with trim after installation, and there are deep scratches in the bottom of the tub. Measures overall – 14 1/4″tall x 60 1/8″long x 29 1/4″wide, Inside the tub is – 13 1/2″deep x 55″long x 23″wide. Wall sink – Normal wear, with some chipping around the overflow and a little distressed porcelain around the outer edges. Measures overall – 20 7/8″wide x 18 7/8″depth including the mounting ring, Basin – 16″wide x 12″depth x 6″deep (5″fill height), Faucet mounts – 4″ apart on center, Rough opening – 20 3/8″wide x 18 3/8depth. Toilet – The toilet is complete, Shows normal wear, it has a little mineral buildup in the bowl around the under side on the rim on the inside. The chrome flush lever and internal tank components look to be original and are untested. Measures overall – 28 7/8″tall x 20 1/2″wide x 26 1/2″depth, 15 1/4″ from the floor to the rim of the bowl, seat mounts are 5 1/2″apart on center, 11 1/2″rough in.
