Gorgeous vintage carved wood mirror with gesso appliques and a gilded finish. Mirror has a shield shape with a beautiful carved pagoda crest. Beautiful carvings continue throughout the entire frame. Item is the perfect addition to Asian, Chippendale, Traditional or Regency style decors. Great for over a mantle, pier or console table or in an entryway or hallway. Mirror measures 38 1/4″ tall x 22 3/4″ wide. The glass is 26 1/4″ tall x 19 1/4″ wide. Item is in great vintage condition. The finish has normal age cracks and some discoloration on the right side. There is a chip at the very top of the pagoda and another at the edge of the “roof”. There is one more tiny chip at the right of the pagoda. The glass has a few light scratches.
