This beautiful pair have amazing paperweight eyes of blue with dark liner, luscious painted lashes and brows. Marked swivel head on marked shoulderplate. Sturdy kid leather bodies. Each doll retains h. Er original wigs (sparse) and original cork pates. Each is wearing an expertly made replica costume of silk and laces including matching bonnets, their original cotton undergarments, replaced socks, and replaced kid leather shoes. These sisters are true beauties and this photo does not do them justice. We love that they have been together for over 140+ years! They have been in the same outstanding doll collection for years. Condition: No hairlines or chips. Dolls are in very good condition. All of the clothing is in exception condition except for the original dresses which are in poor, frail condition.
