Vintage Antique Drafting Table with a very unique and special history
This drafting/design table has a unique and very special history. It was used in the Hubble Space Telescope Design Lab. At the Perkin-Elmer Corporation Danbury Connecticut Facility. I have been in possession of this table since late 1988 and obtained it directly from a prominent, long standing Connecticut Perkin-Elmer employee. I picked this drafting table up personally from the Perkin-Elmer facility. The height and angle of the board is fully adjustable. Made of oak with a maple top and cast iron hardware (Hamilton 49J4-J7664-58). It has been well taken care of and cared for. I believe I have the drafting machine that was on the board, as well. Seiko Lord Matic Special (Full Original) 1971 Vintage Automatic Mens Watch reloj
Detailed I have lightly polished the watch and good condition. But it has scratch damages to metal parts and glass. Day/Date changer is No problem. The band is short because it is Japanese size. As for 5206 model, you must not turn the crown for day/date change in 22:00-06:00, because the changer function may break. I put the watch on the desk for 12hours. And it is keeping a time. Please be overhauled yourself if you want a perfect condition more than it.
