TWO PLEATS TO THE SKIRTING. THE COLLAR WAS ONCE ROUND, A CUT WAS MADE TO MAKE IT A V WITH THE SIDES FOLDED IN, THE STITCHES WERE REMOVED AND COULD BE RESTITCHED EITHER WAY. TULLE TRIMS THE NECKLINE.
